A bright, spacious 4-bedroom flat with a private terrace, fireplace and fully equipped kitchen — set up for families and groups of up to 7. Tap any photo to enlarge.
Central heating keeps the flat warm. If you use the fireplace, only burn the wood provided, keep the flue open, and never leave a fire unattended. A fire extinguisher and smoke detector are installed.
Fully equipped: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, and all the pots, pans, dishes and wine glasses you'll need. Basic oil, salt and pepper provided.
Washer and dryer in the unit, iron, hangers and clothing storage. Fresh bed linen and blackout blinds in the bedrooms for easy sleep on bright Nordic evenings.

Free street parking on and around Nygatan. Check local street signs for any time limits or cleaning days.
The flat is central — most of town is walkable. Falkenberg station (trains to Gothenburg & Malmö) and Hallandstrafiken buses serve the region.
Skrea Strand, the long sandy main beach, is about a 15-minute walk south through town and across the Ätran river.
The flat sits centrally at Nygatan 53. Use the buttons to open key spots in Google Maps.
Supermarkets (ICA, Coop, Willys) are a short walk or drive away in and around the town centre.
Look for an 'Apotek' in the centre. For non-urgent medical advice call 1177; Falkenberg has a local hospital.
Household rubbish goes in the bins at the property. Sweden sorts recycling — drop glass, paper, plastic & metal at the nearest recycling station.
Falkenberg punches above its weight for food — from wood-fired pizza to award-winning cakes.
